Please check the dates carefully prior to booking. Once made a booking cannot be transferred to an alternative date.
If for any reason you are unable to attend please contact us and we will try to find someone to take your place. If this is not possible feel free to send a substitute. If you book a workshop for several days duration please make sure you can attend all days.
All workshops must be paid for in full prior to the workshop.
Payment can be made on the website via Paypal which accepts all major credit cards.
In the unlikely event that a workshop is cancelled, we'll attempt to give you as much warning as possible. We will email you and phone you if you have provided us with a telephone number. We'll gladly refund your booking fee or transfer you to workshop of the same value, space permitting. Unfortunately we cannot accept responsibility for wasted travel cost.
Refunds
Any good purchased from the website(such as sewing supplies) can be returned to Sew Confident within 7 working days of receiving the goods. If you have changed your mind you may return the item(s) to us at your own cost. You will be refunded for the cost of the item only. All postage costs are non refundable. You will be refunded upon receipt of the item to us.
If you receive an item which is faulty or damaged please contact us as soon as possible. We will refund or replace the item within 30 working days.
